This progressive course will introduce you to the fundamental and sound principles of Pilates exercising … these include controlled, slow and flowing movements performed in a concentrated, mindful and precise manner.

The exercises are all performed with an awareness of good body alignment and posture, a stabilized spine and lower abdominal area, using correct and efficient breathing techniques.
