Our qualified fitness instructors can help you with a fitness programme of different types of exercises that you stick to when coming into our fitness suite. Our qualified fitness instructors can show you through a programme that will help you benefit in the gym. If your trying to improve on general fitness, muscle tone, muscle mass, fat loss we will try to get you there.
Your first programme will be free with your indutcion or if you are a current member please come and book in for a programme.
