Gym

Our new fitness suite has brand new state of the art technogym equipment. The gym is fully air conditioned and has great visual facilities which include three large televisions and individual televisions within the cardio equipment. we also have the pleasure of offering fresh fruit daily which is kindly donated from Budgens supermarket. We also offer a water cooler to hydrate yourself after a good workout.

HLC Fitness Equipment

The fitness suite has great availability with lots of members coming and going throughout the day. Our members are aged between 12 and 90 of all different ability’s. Our fitness staff are always around to help you with any problems or queries you may have in the gym.
