Spinning is one of the best ways to burn calories quick!
What is spin?
Spinning involves a great cardio workout on your own personal spin bike. The spin bikes are stationary road bikes. The bikes include a big fly wheel at the front that is stopped by a button. the idea is to keep the bikes wheel spinning at all times, We try to only stop the bikes when we have finished the sessions. You can go at your own pace as you will need to get used to the bikes and music. We offer a great variety of music which enables the instructor to use different moves in each class.
Why is this class going to benefit me?
This class will benefit you because of all the different types of training zones during the session. The music is so important because every song has a different beat to workout to. Because we change the speed and intensities of the class you will be burning more calories.
