Nia is an integrated body-mind-spirit-emotions way of getting fit. Executed barefoot and set up in the style of an aerobics class.
It creatively combines selected movements and concepts from nine different fitness teqniques providing an all round workout.
What is NIA?
Nia is a fun, integrated body-mind-spirit-emotions way of getting fit, set to up-beat, feel good music.
Nia classes are set up like traditional aerobics classes, moving to music with the instructor who will be demonstrating and participating at the front of the class.
