Fitness Classes

Henfield Leisure centre offers a great variety of fitness classes for all ages including – Yoga, Leg Bums and Tums, NIA, Circuit training, Fitball Pilate’s, Pilate’s, Zumba and Spinning.

Spinning

Our spinning sessions are a great way to lose weight fast. During each class you will be shown through different moves on your bike. Our fully qualified instructors use different types of music

Yoga

When attending this class you will endure great exercises that will improve your flexibility, stamina and strength. This class is slow moving an d uses no high intensity movements.

 Legs, Bums and Tums 

 When involved in this class you will undertake great exercises and moves to target those problem areas. So tone the legs, bottom and tummy in this great class.  

Cardio Pilates 

 This class is a great way to improve core stability and help increase general fitness. Using fantastic equipment including Spinning Bikes and rebounders to help your core.

NIA

 This is our great new fitness workout. It includes a great combination of dance arts, martial arts and healing arts. So come and give this class a go and put your mind and spirit to the test. 

 Circuit Training 

 Our circuit training consists of a higher impact workout. It is run by one of our qualified instructors and is the best way of increasing all round general fitness.

Pilates

This class involves slow movements of the body which tones and builds up your core strength. This class will also help improve your flexibility and balance.

Zumba

Zumba is a great class that includes Latin dance moves which gives you a fantastic body workout.

Rebound Condition

Using extra springy trampetes we run a great cardio and conditioning class with plent of different moves to tone up and burn fat
