We offer a wide range of children’s activities from pre school to 12 years.
Including – softplay and bouncy castle sessions, before and after school clubs, Stars gymnastics clubs, trampoline lessons, Tiny Tunes, and in every holiday we organise our Childrens holiday playscheme which is registered with Ofsted.

Henfield Leisure Centre fitness classes

Henfield leisure centre has a big variety of fitness classes ranging from spinning to Pilates. We have different instructors throughout the week to always keep our classes interesting and different every time you attend.

Rebounding

We class this as our hardest cardio based class that we have to offer. we include fantastic fat burning moves that are fun and effective. With some conditioning for upper and lower body thrown in this class will tone you up. Classes run Thursdays 7.00pm-8.00pm and Fridays 9.30am – 10.30pm


Spinning

Spinning is a great way to stay in shape and burn fat. We have 4 different instructors that have different routines to keep spinning fun and exciting. Lots of different moves to tone up and burn fat. please check our schedule in the fitness classes link for all times and to book.

Pilate’s with Liz Marks

An amazing way to help with core stability and  allover flexibility. Liz has plenty of different classes for beginners to advanced. please see Pilate’s for life for contact information and class times.

 

NEW ADULT CLASSES

Henfield Leisure centre has some fantastic new adult classes for friday evenings!

Adult ballet classes – 6.15pm – 7.15pm

Ballet classes can increase your metabolism as the movements used are in the fat burning zone. This class can also increase muscle tone and will help with stability. Please bring comfortable clothing and dont worry if you dont have ballet shoes as you can do this class in bare feet. 

Tap dance classes – 7.15pm – 8.15pm

Tap is designed to cater for those who are new to tap dancing as well as those who have had experience. Learn basic routines, keep fit and improve on rythmic ability. Tap shoes are required, if you do not have any then please waer hard soled shoes
